Is it the time to look down to South America? At least for Donald Trump is. The entrepreneur has entered for the first time into the South American development market with a new high rise building to be located in Uruguay. Following the same path as he did when a large building was developed in Panama back in 2009, the Trump firm is putting all their efforts on new and successful markets that could provide stability and great opportunities for new business. The residential tower will be marketed to US residents, Mexican and European buyers interested in investing opportunities as Uruguay provides a secure place to invest their money. The project is expected to start construction by mid 2013 and be completed within 3 years.
