The Right to Work Act
could soon be a reality in other states as it has happened in Michigan. The right to work act faces tough opposition from National unions, which consider these type of laws are a direct attack on their unions stability and finances. These laws allow workers to opt out of paying union dues and some experts are saying that could also offer employees greater freedom, and increase jobs competitiveness. There are rumors that probably other three states could be adopting Right to Work Act during 2013.
