Definition: Plasterers apply plaster to interior walls and ceilings of buildings to form relatively soundproof and fire-resistant surfaces. Plasterers also work with veneer, applying it over drywall to create smooth or textured abrasion-resistant finishes. Plasterers also install exterior insulation panels over existing wall structures.
