The World Trade Center elevators will be the fastest elevators in North and South America, manufactured by ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation.71 elevators will operate in the building's core, at the speed of 2,000 feet per minute. People travelling on these elevators wil be recognized and transported to their authorized floor only.
